1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Account & Contact Data: Email address.
• Uploaded Visual Media (Sensory Data): Photos you upload to create a custom coloring product.

B. Automatically Collected Data

• Usage & Diagnostic Data: IP address, browser type and version, device identifier, operating system, page visit timestamps, and duration.
• Essential Cookies: We use strictly necessary session cookies solely for user authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, web beacons, or advertising pixels.

2. How We Process Your Photos & AI Use

• Artwork Generation: Your uploaded photos are processed using automated image-processing tools to convert them into coloring page outlines.
• Biometric Clarification: We process photos solely to generate artistic renderings for use in your coloring book product. We do not extract, analyze, or retain facial recognition data, faceprints, or biometric identifiers (as defined under CCPA/CPRA, BIPA, or related privacy regulations).

3. Data Retention & Deletion

These are our firm promises on our own storage; a vendor's own copy of your data (once it has left our systems) is governed by that vendor's policy, not this one.

An unpurchased draft, and every file that belongs to it, will be deleted 12 months after your last access to it; last access meaning you signed in, reopened it, edited it, or added it to your cart.

Once a book has been ordered at least once, its print files are retained for reorder and account history.

If you discard a draft, its files are deleted 12 months after the discard; this clock does not reset even if your account stays active.

Closing your account is permanent and removes your personal data, with statutory and financial records (see below) held back.

Order and payment records (orders, order items, print records, refunds, and order history) are kept as business and financial records.

Data erased from our live systems can remain in our routine backups for up to 7 days before it is gone from those too.

4. Information Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements:

• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: To store and host image files securely.
• AI Processing APIs: To render line-art transformations on our behalf.
• Payment & Print Providers: To process payment and produce and ship a physical order.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by a valid subpoena, court order, or applicable law.

• Sale or Sharing of Personal Data: We have not sold or shared (for cross-context behavioral advertising) any personal information in the preceding 12 months.

6. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures (including transport encryption) to safeguard your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
